Some wins. Some failures. A new baby. 👶

Exceeded all expectations. Currently our highest revenue project
(Competition is wild though, so keeping the exact numbers private 🤫)
You might be surprised by the end of 2025.
Outrank
This one surprised everyone. Sitting at $12k MRR less than 2 months after launch.
The growth trajectory? Let's just say I'm very bullish.
I truly believe the SEO game is going to change forever in 2025.
Feather
Mixed bag here:
- Platform grew 50% since acquisition
- But agency side? High churn.
- Need to rethink the core business model.
So the numbers look good but the inside is messy. Need work and attention.
SuperX
This one was one of my most hyped projects but led to some disappointments:
- Failed to launch the webapp in 2024
- I failed to find a highly distinctive USP compared to existing products
Looking at 2025 - here’s how it’s looking:
The big goal stays the same:
5 projects at 100k ARR each, with 50%+ profit margins.
Being honest? Probably won't hit this in 2025.
But here's what I'm aiming for:
- Get 2 projects to those numbers
- Keep building for business owners/creators
- Stay focused on growth tools
The Family Business 👨👩👦
Something I'm really excited about:
My wife's jumping back in.
If you don't know — she was instrumental in Taplio's success, helping us hit some crazy revenue milestones.
With our baby turning 6 months old, she's slowly getting back to work.
And I can't wait to build together again.
The AI Reality
Here's something everyone needs to hear:
AI is here to stay.
But AI is not a product.
Let me repeat that:
AI IS NOT A PRODUCT.
In 2025, this will be more true than ever.
- AI = revolution
- BUT products still need to solve real problems
- My focus: Finding those problems first, AI second
What This Means For You
If you're building in 2025:
- Focus on problems, not tech
- Build distribution before product
- Move fast, but think long-term
- Don't get distracted by AI hype
2024 was wild.
2025 will be wilder.
But the fundamentals don't change:
- Solve real problems
- Build with purpose
- Keep shipping
