Last week, I announced something big:

We’re competing with Elon Musk.

Yes, I've partnered with Squad.so, and this is my most ambitious project ever.

Squad gives you AI teammates that connect to all your tools, understand your context, and take action to get your work done on schedule.

And it’s a much more mature and better product than Grok Bot.

I think this is the operating layer for how every founder runs their business going forward, and I want to build it.

How I ended up a partner in this

The product is called Squad.

It used to be called Mission Control HQ, built by Bhanu, the same person I acquired Feather.so from, and his brother.

I'd been a power user for a long time before any of this became official.

We were using it daily, running complex workflows. This was the product that made sure we never had to hire a big team.

Enough conviction built up in both the product and the size of the market that I came on as a partner to help scale it.

We're building squad.so together now.

What is Squad

Squad gives you AI teammates.

You create specialized agents, assign them specific tasks, and they do the work and report back to you however you want, Slack, Telegram, email.

The best part:

You bring your own AI. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, whatever you're already comfortable with.

Squad isn't locking you into one model. It's the operating layer, you choose the brain running it.

Name them like employees

The best way to use it is to not think of these as automations. Think of them as employees.

I've got agents named Clara, Tai, Alex, and Nina.

Each one owns a specific job:

1 - Clara handles customer support, reading new convos and replying with the next step based on the context.

2 - Tai reviews ad performance every week and flags what's working and what's not.

3 - Alex researches potential affiliates who already talk about products like mine.

4 - Nina handles outreach to them once they're qualified.

You name the agent, you give it a role, and it just does that job.

Forget AI, forget agents - just treat them like new interns who require some help but are great once you tell them what to do.

What this looks like in practice

I tried other agent platforms before this, including OpenClaw.

This is more stable, resilient, and easier to set up than anything else I tested.

I genuinely think this could be my first billion dollar product, because I've been the customer for months before I ever became the partner.
