You’ve probably scrolled past a few of these videos in the last week:
Someone showing what’s in her gym bag. A woman talking through her skincare in the car. A girl getting ready on a plane an hour before landing.
Some of them aren’t real people. It’s AI.
And companies are using this to ramp up their UGC traffic.
I wrote the full setup for running AI creator accounts, with 9 steps and 12 prompts:

But the face isn’t the point. The loop behind is the actual thing to learn, and that loop works for almost any content.
So here’s how you install AI in your marketing loop 👇🏼

What changed

You pay per render, not per video.
Testing a new hook costs one render, not one more brief.
Research is one search.
Finding what already worked used to mean a strategist scrolling for days.
Agents run the loop.
They search, write, render, schedule, and report back.

The loop

Here’s the entire process for you to install AI in your marketing workflow:
1. Start from the buyer, not the face.
Split your buyers into 3 or 4 groups that use the product for different reasons. Build one creator for each group.
Talking to the same audience group helps the creator profile compound over time.
2. Find what already worked on that topic.
  • Write the search the way a viewer would type it, in 3 to 7 words.
  • Sort by most popular and switch on viral only.
  • Find the structure that's working already and replicate that with your AI content.
3. Keep the structure. Change everything else.
Keep the hook type, the beats, the pacing and the length. Change every word, the setting and the story, so it’s clearly yours.
And don't over-promote your product. Just mention it in one line, just like a real human would
4. Schedule it 24 hours out.
  • The agent queues the post, and nothing goes live right away.
  • You look at the queue once a day and pull anything that’s off.
  • You review, you don’t approve each video.
5. Review weekly. Change one thing at a time.
The only thing you need to do to create great content consistently is figure out what worked and what didn't, and improve 1% every week.
And there you have it, now you know how to use AI for your marketing!
Where does this work?
  • X posts: find outlier posts, remix the structure. The SuperX.so inspiration feature does this.
  • Blogs: last week’s edition runs on the same logic.
  • Ads: great hooks beat studio production.
  • Launch and demo videos: same loop, just a different process and playbook.
What keeps it from being slop
Nobody cares if it’s AI. They care if it’s good.
Instagram will put an ‘AI creator’ tag. It’s okay.
Just follow these guardrails:
  • One idea per piece
  • Specific details beat generic ones
  • Story first. The product shows up for one line
  • Read it out loud. If it sounds paid, rewrite it
  • Never fake reviews, testimonials or health claims

The X article I wrote is way more in depth and also has 12 prompts.
Use this newsletter to modify those prompts so they fit your content needs.
