5.6x Revenue Growth in 1 year (My 2025 Review)

This is my most important email of the year. This is where I break down my year in business.

One year ago, I was running 5 projects, making $125k MRR combined.
Today, we sit at $700k+ MRR.
That's 5.6x growth in 12 months.
Let me break down what actually happened behind the numbers.

The Hawk Eye Perspective

When you're building multiple products, there's always one fear:
“What if they all plateau at once?”
2025 proved the opposite. While one product stagnated, four others exploded.
Revenue became genuinely distributed for the first time. I'm no longer dependent on a single product carrying everything.
That financial security changes how you think, build, and take risks.
Let’s talk about my products one by one now:

Revid.ai: $100k → $450k+ MRR

Revid grew the most in absolute dollars.

Every time a new AI model was launched, I got scared. "Is this the one that makes Revid irrelevant?"
Veo 3, Sora 2, Gemini 3.0... Each release felt like an existential threat.
But the opposite happened. Every new model made Revid better, not obsolete.
Why it worked:
  • We're not just wrapping AI APIs - we built workflows users actually need (without playing with AI on their own)
  • Short-form video creation requires speed AND quality - AI gives us both
  • We focused on high-quality video output and niche content where bigger players don't compete
  • Deep platform integrations (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) create switching costs
What I learned: Every business will NOT become irrelevant with AI growth.
Revid is a “Tailwind business” meaning it will get better, sharper when a new + better AI model works in the background.
For you: if you’re building a business, thinking about this question might be your best investment today:
“How can I build a business that grows alongside the fast growing tech?”

Outrank.so: $12k → $250k MRR

This one makes me incredibly happy.
Not just because of the growth, but because it means Revid is no longer 95% of my revenue. Financial risk is now actually distributed.
We built something so valuable we didn't even see it at first.

The hidden value: Outrank became the fastest, most effective way to get backlinks and grow Domain Authority.
Everyone obsesses over "AI content" and "SEO tools." We solved the harder problem: how do you actually build authority that makes AI recommend you?
The backlink exchange network is genius:
  • Every user joins a pool automatically
  • Blogs reference relevant content from other users
  • Links add genuine value (not spam)
  • Everyone's DR grows together
  • Network effects compound
This group growth model means our customers win more and stay with us longer.
Win-win.
What's next: I have a lot of hope for this one in 2026. As AI SEO becomes mainstream, more and more people will look for tools to grow their search presence.
For you: If you are building a business, ask yourself this:
“How can I make my customers an active part of my growth journey? Can this help them too?”

Feather.so: $10.8k → $10.3k MRR

The only one that didn't grow.
Stagnation hurts more than failure because you keep hoping it'll turn around.
I love the product personally. The tech is solid. But I couldn't crack growth.

The pivot: Just made a deal with Pranav, my business partner. He's getting more shares and will run it fully on his own.
If there's a GTM-focused person reading this who wants to join and scale Feather, email me. The product deserves better than my current attention.
What I learned: You can’t win in everything you do. And giving yourself that margin of error is okay. Sometimes the best move is giving a great product to someone who can focus on it properly.
For you: “Am I working on a product that is not giving me the results I need? Is this time for a hard step?”

SuperX.so: $1k → $14k MRR

This journey was wild.
Stuck at $1k MRR for 10 months with my first co-founder Hieu. Almost thought of killing it.
Then Rob joined, we rebuilt from scratch, and everything changed.

The re-launch unlocked everything:
  • Completely new architecture
  • Better user experience
  • Rob's product storytelling made it click
  • Positioned for how X actually works in 2025
The challenge ahead: Navigating X's expensive API. Every post fetch costs more than an AI generation. Scaling our tech infrastructure will be the hard problem for 2026. But I’m confident we will get there.
But the product is better than Tweet Hunter ever was. And Tweet Hunter hit $250k MRR at peak.
What I learned: The right co-founder changes everything. Rob brought the missing piece I couldn't provide alone.
For you: “Are the skills I lack hurting my business? Is there anyone who can help me here?”

PostSyncer.com: $0 → $2.6k MRR

The baby of the portfolio, but growing fast.
Recent explosion that I'm genuinely proud of.

Why it's working:
  • Platform fragmentation is real (Threads overtook X in users)
  • Creators need presence everywhere, but can't manually manage it
  • AI makes deep multi-platform customization actually possible
I think PostSyncer is already doing more than giant companies like Buffer and Hootsuite for multi-platform AI posting.
High hopes for 2026. If you want to post across multiple platforms with AI optimization, this is the tool for you.
For you: “What recent changes in the business ecosystem can I take advantage of?”

Audience Growth:

Okay let’s be real - my business is largely built on top of my audience.
Exposure to 170,000 followers surely helps in validating ideas, getting beta testers, and getting the initial traction.
Social media:
I stopped caring about follower count this year.
Only impressions and engagement matter.

What changed: I focused on actually valuable content instead of growth hacks. Turns out, that's the real growth hack.
Vanity followers are NOT the way to go.
I would rather have 1000 real builders over 10,000 random scrollers.

What's Next

2025 was about proving the portfolio model works.
2026 is about scaling what's working and fixing what's not.
Goals for next year:
  • Get SuperX to $100k+ MRR
  • Push PostSyncer past $50k MRR
  • Figure out Feather's future (with or without me)
  • Keep Revid and Outrank growing sustainably
  • Launch at least 1 new product
  • Invest in 5+ indie products
