Terms of Service

TMAKER Founder Room is a paid member experience that can include member dashboards, monthly sessions, project submissions, session invitations, community access, and Founder Points.

Session formats, guests, schedules, benefits, and availability can change over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for using an email address you control and keeping access to your login links and connected accounts secure.

TMAKER Founder Room onboarding requires a profile picture so members can be recognized in the member space and session follow-up.

You may be asked to connect a Google account so attendance can be matched to session participation. You are responsible for joining sessions with the account you connect.

Membership fees, taxes, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled by Creem.

You can cancel your subscription through the member dashboard or Creem customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.

New members are covered by a 30-day refund policy: if the room is not a fit, email tibo@tmaker.io within 30 days of joining for a full refund of your first payment.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing tibo@tmaker.io. We remove your membership record, login, and profile from the member space. Billing records may be retained where tax and accounting rules require it, and your Slack account is deactivated in the community workspace.

Founder Points are loyalty and participation points that reflect engagement inside TMAKER Founder Room.

Founder Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted to correct errors, abuse, duplicate credits, or changes to the program.

TMAKER Founder Room is a private community. Everything shared inside it — Slack messages, session discussions, issue board posts, member numbers, plans, and struggles — is intended to stay inside the community.

By joining, you agree not to share, screenshot, quote, or otherwise disclose another member's content outside the community without their explicit permission.

Be aware of the practical limits of a community: any member can technically copy or leak information, and no platform can prevent that. Share at the level of detail you are comfortable with, and do not post trade secrets or information whose disclosure you could not tolerate.

TMAKER provides the private space and enforces these rules on members it identifies as breaching them (including removal without refund), but it cannot be held responsible for a member's breach of confidentiality or any damage resulting from information leaked by members.

You agree to participate respectfully, avoid spam or harassment, and follow the confidentiality rules above.

Issue board posts, links, media URLs, and votes are visible to other members and may be used to select topics for collective intelligence sessions or Slack follow-up.

The private Slack workspace is part of the service: Slack's own terms also apply there, and community features (such as issue submission, recaps, and group matching) process the messages you write in community channels and to the community bot.

We may suspend or remove access to protect the community, the service, or other members.

TMAKER Founder Room discussions are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including how Google Calendar and Google Meet data may be used for scheduling and attendance.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of outcomes, revenue, or availability. Session formats and features may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMAKER's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and TMAKER is not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other members, including their disclosure of information shared in the community.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
