Terms of Service

Founder Circle is a paid member experience that can include member dashboards, monthly sessions, project submissions, session invitations, community access, and Founder Points.

Session formats, guests, schedules, benefits, and availability can change over time as the product evolves.

You are responsible for using an email address you control and keeping access to your login links and connected accounts secure.

You may be asked to connect a Google account so attendance can be matched to session participation. You are responsible for joining sessions with the account you connect.

Membership fees, taxes, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.

You can cancel your subscription through the member dashboard or Stripe customer portal. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments.

Founder Points are loyalty and participation points used inside Founder Circle, including for selection odds in collective intelligence sessions.

Founder Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted to correct errors, abuse, duplicate credits, or changes to the program.

You agree to participate respectfully, avoid spam or harassment, and avoid sharing private member conversations outside the community without permission.

We may remove access to protect the community, the service, or other members.

Founder Circle discussions are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including how Google Calendar and Google Meet data may be used for scheduling and attendance.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
