Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when joining, logging in, submitting a project, or contacting us. This can include your name, email address, product URL, questions, and membership preferences.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store subscription and customer identifiers needed to manage your membership, but we do not store card details.

If you connect a Google account, we store the Google account email and provider ID so we can match Google Meet attendance to your membership.

For Founder Circle sessions, we may store Google Calendar event IDs, Meet links, conference record identifiers, participant names, join activity, and attendance duration for session administration and Founder Points.

We use your information to provide the member dashboard, send login links and session emails, manage your subscription, invite you to the community, process project submissions, and award Founder Points.

Google Calendar and Google Meet data is used only to create session events, share Meet links, and verify session attendance. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

We may use aggregated or anonymized learnings to improve the Founder Circle and related products.

We use trusted service providers including Firebase, Stripe, Resend, Google APIs, Vercel, and Slack-related invite links to operate the service.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver hosting, authentication, payment, email, calendar, meeting, analytics, or community functionality.

We keep account, subscription, attendance, and session records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate membership history.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing tibo@tmaker.io. Some billing records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
