Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when joining, logging in, submitting a project, or contacting us. This can include your name, email address, product URL, questions, and membership preferences.

During TMAKER Founder Room onboarding, we require a profile picture. We store the image file, its internal app URL, storage path, file type, and related account identifiers so members are recognizable in the member experience.

If you post an issue to the member community board, we store the title, description, pasted URLs or media links, votes, and related membership identifiers needed to show and moderate the board.

Payments are processed by Creem. We store subscription and customer identifiers needed to manage your membership, but we do not store card details.

If you connect a Google account, we store the Google account email and provider ID so we can match Google Meet attendance to your membership.

For TMAKER Founder Room sessions, we may store Google Calendar event IDs, Meet links, conference record identifiers, participant names, join activity, and attendance duration for session administration and Founder Points.

If you answer the optional onboarding questions (estimated revenue, niche, how you heard about the room), we store your answers to match sessions and introductions to where you are. These answers are never shown publicly or to other members.

In the community Slack workspace, messages you write in community channels and to the community bot are processed to power member features: posting and voting on issues from Slack, daily recaps, the dashboard strip of posts shared in promotion channels, and accountability group matching. We do not build profiles from your private conversations.

Your information is used solely to operate the community: providing the member dashboard, sending login links and session emails, managing your subscription, inviting you to Slack, running the issue board, processing project submissions, matching accountability groups, and awarding Founder Points.

We never sell your personal information, never share it with third parties for their marketing, and do not use it for advertising.

Google Calendar and Google Meet data is used only to create session events, share Meet links, and verify session attendance. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Some features are powered by AI: for example project pages are summarized from your public website, free-text onboarding answers are interpreted into structured data, and the community bot drafts replies and group matches. This content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) under terms that do not allow it to be used for training their models.

We may use aggregated or anonymized learnings to improve TMAKER Founder Room and related products.

TMAKER Founder Room is a community: what you choose to share there — Slack messages, issue board posts, comments, projects on the community wall — is visible to other members by design, and shared projects also show on the members-only community wall.

Community content is intended to stay inside the community, and the Terms of Service require members to keep it there. Like any community, we cannot technically prevent an individual member from copying or leaking content, so share at the level of detail you are comfortable with.

We use trusted service providers to operate the service: Vercel (hosting), Firebase (authentication and database), Creem (payments), Resend (transactional email), Kit (newsletter), Slack (community workspace), Google APIs (calendar, meetings, attendance), Google Analytics (site analytics), Cloudflare Turnstile (login protection), and Anthropic (AI features).

These providers process data only as needed to deliver hosting, authentication, payment, email, calendar, meeting, analytics, AI, or community functionality.

We keep account, subscription, attendance, and session records for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain accurate membership history.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing tibo@tmaker.io: your membership record, login, and profile are removed from the member space, and your Slack account is deactivated in the community workspace. Billing records may be retained where tax and accounting rules require it.

You can also request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal data at the same address. If you are in the EU, you additionally have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
