Every year, I sit down to plan my goals for that year.
Not resolutions. Plans I actually intend to execute.
And the goal is to drive my decisions, so before anything I do, I ask myself:
“Is this aligning with any of my goals for this year?”
And then I take the call.
Here's what I'm building in 2026, across business, personal, and family
👇🏼
Business
1 - Build more side projects
I'm launching at least 10 new experiments this year.
Small, fast, scrappy projects.
You never know what sticks. PostSyncer went from $1k to $4k MRR in weeks.
SuperX sat at $1k for 10 months before exploding.
Volume creates luck. I'm betting on more attempts, not perfect execution every time.
2 - Structure TMaker properly
Right now, TMaker is just me and co-founders scattered across projects. That needs to change.
Building a proper team. Making systems scalable. Treating this like a company and bringing predictability to the work we do.
3 - Double down on bootstrapped, profit-first
No VC money.
This is an old one, but still one of the core values and visions.
Every project needs to make money from day one. Profitability isn't a goal, it's a requirement.
This approach let me go from $125k to $700k MRR in 2025.
Doubling down in 2026.
This is the #1 thing I will see in the projects I potentially fund
4 - Stick to what I know
I build B2B tools for founders. That's my niche. That's what works.
No consumer apps.
No chasing trends outside my domain.
Just deeper into what I understand.
5 - Continue sharing everything
This newsletter. X content. Building in public.
Transparency isn't marketing. It's how I think and learn. Not changing that.
6 - Invest more
I want to find 5-10 small projects close to my niche where I can invest money and time.
Not big checks. Small bets on founders building what I understand.
Advisory + capital.
7 - Build moats around my apps
AI makes building easy now. That means competition comes faster.
I need more defensible advantages: network effects (Outrank's backlinks), platform integrations (PostSyncer’s 5+ platform integrations), proprietary data.
Features get copied. Workflows and relationships don't.
Family
1 - Build my chalet
We bought it last year. Renovation starts soon. I am hoping it's finished by late 2026.
A place to live a healthy life with my family is something I’ve always wanted.
2 - Spend time with my kids
My kids are growing up, and one of the main things I want to nurture in them is the curiosity to learn and explore.
I believe it’s an essential skill to learn to survive in the age of AI.
3 - Spend some quality time with my wife
I also want to spend some quality time with my wife this year. Just travel to a few places, and make some core memories - big and small.
Personal
1 - Get my flight permit
I'm learning to fly small planes. Started lessons in early 2025.
Want my license by the end of 2026.
No particular reason. Just something I've always wanted to do :))
2 - Get in the best shape of my life
I currently like where I’m at with my body - I just want to maintain and improve it to become the strongest I’ve ever been.
3 - Eat natural foods
One of my major goals this year is to minimise the processed food in my life. This year, maybe I will try a personal chef service to get health optimised meals done for me.
The Thread That Connects Them All
Every goal serves the same purpose: more freedom.
Freedom to build what I want.
Freedom to invest my time how I choose.
That's what profitability buys.
Not fancy offices or big teams. Freedom.
What are you building toward in 2026?
Hit reply and tell me. I'm curious what goals actually matter to people reading my newsletter 👇🏼
