How to make the most of AI

Do not index
There are people automating entire businesses with AI.
And then there are people at level 0, still stuck in chat mode.
But a chat only answers a question once and stops. An agent is the real alpha.
It gets a job, a schedule, and access to real data, then works on its own, all day, and only comes back when a real decision needs a human.
Think of it like an employee who does whatever you ask.
I run a small team of these through Squad.so.
Each one has a name and a specific job.
Here’s what I’m getting done on a daily basis 👇🏼

My top AI agents use cases

1 - Support tickets answered
Checks new conversations, replies with a next step based on the customer's actual project, skips anything already being handled.
2 - Bugs turned into ready-to-fix briefs
Spots a likely bug, checks it against our actual codebase, gathers proof, and posts a brief with evidence and a proposed fix.
3 - A daily support digest
Summarizes the last 24 hours every morning and flags one product improvement backed by evidence. This way, the team always knows what to work on next.
4 - Finding affiliates on its own
Searches competitor reviews, YouTube descriptions, and creator pages, scores the fits, and adds the good ones to a sheet with a promotion angle. 10xes the process of finding new affiliates.
It doesn’t stop there.
It then matches every affiliate to their revenue data and shows which sources and pitches are working versus just generating noise.
5 - Personalised email outreach
Sends personalised emails to qualified affiliates. Stops the moment someone replies or opts out, so that a human can take over/we can stop sending.
6 -  The weekly affiliate newsletter
Keeping your affiliates warm is the best way to make more money passively.
This agent reviews the week's product updates and real revenue numbers, then writes the whole thing ready to send.
(for more affiliate tips, check out this edition from a few weeks ago)
7 - A full video from that week's commits
Picks the most meaningful update we shipped and renders an entire video in revid.ai explaining it.
8 - A weekly ad spend analysis
Compares campaign performance and tells us exactly what's working and what's not.
Everybody in the team has great clarity after the numbers.
9 - Watching what freelancers did
Pulls from Slack, support tools, and GitHub to show activity for the week. No chasing status updates.
Incredibly helpful as we scale as an organisation.
10 - Fighting chargebacks automatically
Responds to every dispute, pulls proof of usage, and submits it as evidence.
We're winning about 90% of them now. Pure money that we lost earlier.

And these are the ten things that we are doing right now.
A lot more is possible.
The best part is that I didn't need to open a coding agent or a chat to interact with these agents. I just say what I need to get done, and the squad.so figures it out.
If you want to see what this looks like in your own business, squad.so is open.

If you could get 1 thing in your entire life automated, what would it be?
I open every week, and often reply :)

This is pretty cool!
Inverts the common cold DM objections and turns it into something that gets a chuckle.

P.S. The chargeback one surprised me the most. I assumed fighting disputes wasn't worth the effort for years. Now we save a ton of revenue.
